Scheduled a last minute appt w/Katie (mind you, that was still a week in advance and 2 weeks before the Holiday). I was notified shortly before the appt time that her client was running late and itd be better to reschedule since I had plans that evening. And that is the last I heard from her. Completely ghosted, less than a week before Thanksgiving, after driving across 2 states to be home for the holiday. Would not recommend??

I've been getting my nails done since 1993 and had mine done by Katie tonight and OMG My most favorite nails to date they look amazing. She did a wonderful job and everything is on point.... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER WORK!!!!! Thank you for the time and care you took with my nails!!

Katie is infinitely the best- I have never in my 36 years on earth been so committed and dedicated to another human bean. My nails are natural and long and beyond gorgeous thanks to her detail oriented and absolutely amazing skill. I LOVE every single moment spent in her chair and I am grateful to know her. Katie Hart slays nails on the DAILY!
