Oron, arrived early, was very efficient and pleasant to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend his service. Our leak was under our driveway apron and he was able to pin point the source which minimized the concrete cutting. His professionalism competence and demeanor were all 5 stars.

I would definitely recommend Accurate Leak Detection. We noticed a lot of water in our front patio area and rushed to shut the water main down. Found Accurate Leak Detection by recommendation of a plumber and doing a Google search. We gave them a call and Oron came out the next day and took his time to find out where our leak was. Turns out it was coming from the main line under our front porch. He was nice, very professional, and patient. He used all his tools to get us an accurate location of the leak underground. If we could give Rick and Accurate Leak Detection more than 5 stars Iwe would!! We received an email from EWEB after hours on a weekday telling us we had an urgent water usage issue (125 gallons per hour) that had been going on for more than 10 days and was likely a leak. We panicked, turned our water off to the house, and called Accurate Leak Detection at around 6:30PM and left a message knowing they were closed and hoping for a call back the next day. Less than 20 minutes later the owner, Rick, called us back, the problem was fixed, and crisis averted! These days you rarely get people to call you back much less be so patient and responsive.
