I came here on a Saturday night at the last minute because my scheduled tan at another place was a no show. They were able to get me in without an appointment and the young woman working that evening was very helpful and knowledgeable about their spray tans and other products. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome.
I was a former member, took a break and coming back. Despite a billing kerfuffle after closing my account that took weeks to fix, I can recognize through it all I got thoughtful customer service, the ladies in this location are kind, cheerful and do their best. Please push for night security at this location due to transit activity out front. I worry about the girls. Clean beds, bulbs cared for properly.
I've now visited Tan Republic locations in Santa Clara Eugene, Olympic Street in Springfield, commercial Street in Salem, and highway 101 in Newport Oregon, and though I've met over a dozen employees I have to say that Emily at the Santa Clara branch really goes above and beyond to make people feel informed and comfortable. I had a great, welcoming, and hopefully often repeated, experience because of her. Thanks for the warmth!
