Core Star is an awesome establishment! It's a true gem of Eugene, and it has the record to prove it. Tim Greathouse is the director and teaches Tae Kwon Do classes for all ages, as well as a gentle yoga in the mornings. John Perry is a legend in the Eugene Yoga community and leads powerful Hatha / Kundalini style. There is Zen Meditation, Ayurveda, Samba Ja, Capoeria, Pole Fitness and more classes now that there's a second training room.! Classes are generally $3- $10 and instructors are all friendly and down to earth. I've enjoyed every class I've taken here and always felt cared for and welcomed!

I was new to yoga and chose this place because it fit my budget ($3-5 a class). Tim has a great approach. He is kind and patient and in touch with his students. I have seen him accommodate all ages, all levels and even folks with disabilities. I LOVE his class. *The room was fitted for martial arts so the floor is padded. Really great on the knees. *Men and women changing/bathrooms *Many different classes including Tae Kwon Do for adults, children and families. Yoga. Capoeira. Kung Fu. Hoop class... CHECK IT OUT!!
