Ben, was here quickly, for a weekend emergency job. He was able to diagnose and fix our septic issue as well as help us find a permanent fix. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Highly recommend.
Joe Potter did an excellent job assessing the problem with the toilet seal and determining the plugged main outlet pipe to the sewer. He repaired what he could then expeditiously arranged for a drain tech to complete the job by snaking the the obstruction out of the main outlet pipe.
07/2026 Christian was amazing and got the old hot water heater out and the new one in. He had a little rough time, but that's because my mobile home was built in the 70s. So house's fault not his. Love PP&R. Used them about 3 times this year and they always do a great job.
