Regardless of any issues I had at the beginning of owning my new trailer, these guys went above and beyond helping get it fixed so I can continue on with my adventures. Even though its a long drive for me to get to their shop, if any other issues arise, I'll be returning or at the very least, getting their honest and professional advice.
Coast Fork Classics (formerly NW Customs) is highly recommended. They did what they said they would, then a little extra, and kept it all within the quoted price. Pat, the owner, and his body expert Felix made sure everything was perfect, and on time. While they usually work on high end custom cars, they just might work your fender bender into their schedule. Absolutely worth a try. South of Cottage Grove in the Industrial Park.

I came in the day after Christmas with a metal shaving in my eye. I had already removed the metal but my eye was goopy and in pain. She took a look. Confirmed that there was an injury and infection. She gave me a prescription for medication and sent me on my way.
She was very polite and understanding the whole time. Connected or guilt just pleasant conversation.

So I decided to give them a call & schedule an appt. It was a bit of a drive from Salem to Creswell but well worth it.Due to a problem with my exhaust, I wanted an mechanic that specializes in exhaust. Also, thanks to road construction the last few years, the uneven roads & potholes everywhere, my front control arm needed to be replaced. Thankfully, Raul agreed to look at my car.He was very knowledgeable about the exhaust system and what needed to be done. I instantly felt relieved & had him start ordering parts. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in which my parts arrived & how Raul started working on my car the minute the parts were delivered. He did an excellent job on my car. It drove smooth for the first time in 3+ years. The high pitched exhaust sound...fixed. What sets her apart is her incredible ability to customize extensions specifically for my eye shape. I have a lazy eye, and her thoughtful design and placement make it noticeably less prominent, giving me a balanced, natural look that majorly boosts my confidence!
Her space is cozy and relaxing which makes the whole experience feel like a mini retreat. She's incredibly gentle (I never feel a thing) and so efficient that I usually drift off for a little nap during the appointment -waking up to flawless lashes! Pure magic.

Dr. Violet works with my horses. One of my horses was pimpled by a stick and Dr. Violet saved his life. Dr. Violet made several trips over the weekends and late at night. Very impressive, I swear the guy never stops working.
