They are polite, attentive, and the care I received was exceptional. I am more impressed with this office than any other I have ever used. And due to my age, I have used many in the past. The office itself is lovely and welcoming. In every way, this was a topnotch experience, and I plan to continue seeing Dr. Rezaee in the future.“

“I've been coming to concept dentistry since January and have continued to see them if not once but twice a month since then they are very professional and very welcoming. I started off with an emergency extraction. I called and they got me scheduled within the next day. I have not seen any dentist in 18 years and knew I needed quiet the amount of work done. Just a few more visits and I will have my smile back thanks to concept industry. They sure have helped boost my morale, confidence and self-esteem. Thank you concept industry for all your hard work.“
“I made an appointment to get a third opinion on a molar, which has a broken instrument (file) from a 2004 root canal, that ten years later needed a crown. Dr Whicker took x-rays and did an assessment and said that the molar is now showing signs of either infection or scar tissue but was hesitant to do any work without seeing historically what had gone on with the roots of this molar. The next day I was able to track down all my old x-rays and have them sent to Dr. Whicker so he could determine which of the two scenarios it was. They promptly reviewed the images and gave me the result: infection. I now have an appointment to get the molar extracted and the periodontal ligament cut, along with a bone graft in a few weeks, for what I consider a very reasonable price. I’ll eventually be able to get an implant and get this ongoing problem resolved. Overall, I feel Dr. Whicker is very ethical and didn’t jump to a conclusion just to earn a fee, something I felt a previous endodontist had done when I had sought a second opinion. I’m glad I found a holistic dentist in Eugene, and I will undoubtedly be going here for all my future dental needs.“

“The people who work here have changed my feelings about “going to the dentist”. Dr. Stokes and her staff are always enjoyable to be around. They are committed to making you comfortable and ensuring you know exactly what your care will look like. I like that people are willing to hum or sing to the music that’s playing. I don’t know if they have any space open for new patients but if you are looking for a top of the line Dr. and office check them out.“
