When I told my friends I went with Imperial Flooring they gasped and commented how expensive Imperial Flooring was. NOT SO. I got three estimates. Imperial Flooring was less expensive by a couple hundred dollars. AND, their delivery and install times were faster. Their customer service is outstanding!!
Casey came out promptly and measured my floors. He also found a company that would supply matching baseboards. He emailed me an itemized estimate, unlike one company who gave me a lump sum estimate. Casey was easy to get a hold of. He either answered my calls right away or called me back the same day.

Imperial has a vast in-store inventory of carpeting making a selection is streamlined They also provide quick installation by professional personnel. They are in Eugene, OR and carpeted our new residence in Florence with no hassle.
