Navigating insurance can be stressful, but they always take the time to explain things clearly and help make the process as smooth as possible. Brisa has especially been helpful making me feel extra welcomed and supported!! Trina is also super helpful with processing my health insurance!! Of course Nicole and Katie compliment the front office at doing an amazing job!

“I love the Fit&Fusion class with Jessie, in which I get a very dynamic, full-body workout that is balanced, highly functional, and always challenging as well as mentally stimulating. The trainers here care about having a fun time but provide serious workouts and you can tell they care about safety, mobility and sustainability for their clients. Always a clean setup in a smaller gym.

The studio is on the lower level and shares a building with other businesses but there is good signage once you park in the parking lot outside of the ground floor credit union.“
