“Our tiny house is absolutely astounding. Great care and expertise went into the design, execution, and choice of products. Everyone we had contact with (the sales representative, the finance manager, the assistant production manager, the owners, the delivery coordinator, the delivery driver, the concierge service representative, and the warranty manager) was extremely friendly, communicative, and professional, all of them excelling in what they do. Mistakes were owned up to and fixed. This is a company that really cares about making beautiful homes of extremely high quality and craftsmanship at an affordable price, and they go out of their way to satisfy their customers.I would suggest choosing all of the upgrades you can afford, as it might make the difference between liking and loving your home.My only suggestion for improvement (unless this has been revised already) is that the website should include a rendering of what you will be getting once you have made all of your choices. We had to mix and match from the available photos, so we weren’t quite sure what it would look like all together. We weren’t even sure what the shape or layout of the house or the window placement would be with the upgrades we chose. We did get weekly build photos, and we are thrilled with how it turned out, but it would have been even better to have known in advance.This was an extremely quick and easy process from start to finish (less than six months). I highly recommend TruForm to build your dream tiny!“

“Joaquin’s the best, he was referred to us from my parents. So far he has repaired our gate, built a box for our irrigation system, demoed our carpets and linoleum and installed vinyl throughout our whole new home (Including caulking and painting trim, he used our existing molding and reused material that he could to help us save money, even out floors, painted our doors, and added new trim pieces around cabinets and doors as needed). Any future house projects will definitely be done by him.“

The results of both projects were exceptional. He was able to “match” new flooring with 40 year old existing oak flooring which created a seamless look though out. In the studio, he designed and installed contrasting wood borders that really gave the space some personality. There was good communication throughout the projects.“

“First off, hire Cascadia Construction & Plumbing. You won’t regret it.Bought a real dump of a house in a great area that needed full restoration including complete kitchen gut and overhaul, lots of new electrical, flooring, repositioning of windows with added French doors, replaced doors, restructuring of living room space, new tiled entryway and bringing back to life a large amount of original post and beam woodwork including large wood staircase.A lot of thought, time and patience was afforded by Cascadia to get the design and scope of project correct . Subcontractors were consulted PRIOR to work beginning which helped knock down errors and set expectations. In the rare occasion when we were not happy with the outcome of something, it was immediately corrected without complaint. It was very apparent throughout the process that Cascadia had the homeowner in mind at all times.Lastly, a special call out to Jason who is one of Cascadia’s lead carpenters. This guy’s energy and attention to detail took a lot of the stress out of the project and allowed us to have complete trust in Cascadia.Thank you Cascadia. Thank you WC. Thank you Jason.“
