Chelsey, the store owner, is the sweetest person ever! She takes great consideration to each of her clients and makes everyone of my appointments so relaxing. My lashes ALWAYS come out beautifully, I've tried a ton of lash places throughout portland and eugene and Gelly Gypsy is honestly my TOP favorite and for a great price too. Definitely book with her you will not regret it!
