Ed spent about an hour at my house inspecting everything and advising me in on how to repair and rat-proof our hot tub (the main problem was rotten wood). He also had a look in our basement and gave advice on where mice may have gotten in in the past. And the whole visit was free of charge.I really appreciated Ed's honesty and expertise.
