I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. They have an amazing array of classes and each instructor has such a wide breadth of knowledge. The entire team is so incredibly kind, passionate and genuine. Their studio events are so fun and really involve the community. So come get your sweat on at wild light.
I've been meaning to write this for a while. This place changed my life period. Now right up front, are there some hippies here that do not like cologne smells? Yes. Are you going to find out more about astrology than you ever knew? Yes. Will some of the ladies look at you like the book club that they've been running since the '90s has it on good authority that you are the sole founder of the patriarchy? Yes. But...... Every single one of the coaches knows exactly what they're doing and they are so sweet. It is definitely more based around the body and breathing and they let you discover the rest.
