After 2 months of computer, TV and electrical problems. Contacting Spectrum and our local utility and 4 different visits from them. We were still having a problem. We contacted Bear Mountain and when they sent out their service tech he found the problem within 45 minutes. The problem was resolved and no longer did we have an issues. The technician was very professional and explain to me what the exact problem was and how to rectify the problem. An hour later our local utility followed his suggestion and everything was fixed.
