For 20 years I've had one gate after another that sags and constantly needs adjustment. Now I've got the last gate I'll ever need. Very impressed! The new fence is excellent as well.
Joaquin’s the best, he was referred to us from my parents. So far he has repaired our gate, built a box for our irrigation system, demoed our carpets and linoleum and installed vinyl throughout our whole new home (Including caulking and painting trim, he used our existing molding and reused material that he could to help us save money, even out floors, painted our doors, and added new trim pieces around cabinets and doors as needed). Any future house projects will definitely be done by him.
You won't find a more capable general contractor, nor an easier person to work with. We have made use of his services on several occasions (e.g. fence, window and door replacement) and have always been impressed with the work and the can-do attitude. Joaquin will treat you right.
