MINI UPDATE: And for those that were wondering I finally had my dental surgery in Waterloo with Dr. George Arvanitis @Arvanitis & Associates Dentistry by Design (located st 55 Bridgeport Rd E, Waterloo). I live 2 hours away from this dental office - but it was more than worth the drive! And yes I did my research too and learned that Dr. Arvanitis has been helping people regain their function and aesthetics with dental implants for over two decades. is a big decision and I like to be prepared – and I got nothing but rave reviews on his work, expertise, his attention to detail and his staff being first rate, professional, and easy to work with. Best of all he performs the entire procedure from start to finish utilizing his surgical and aesthetic expertise to deliver stunning results on even the most challenging situations. He has invented new techniques for immediate smile makeovers with implants, that are more conservative and less costly than traditional techniques. If you are considering implant therapy i say don’t delay call his office asap. I know I am glad I did! On my first visit there, I realized this was a different type of dental office…. It is KW’s First and Only Dental Spa. This set up certainly changed my idea of what a dental visit should be. I was pampered in a relaxed setting that was also aesthetically pleasing and made me comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I was very nervous about the procedure but my whole visit I was stress-free and I was well taken care of! Since my surgery, I have recommended the doctor and his office and staff several times for those that were inquiring about my dental surgery and smile makeover. I love the idea of walking into a spa like atmosphere such as Dr. Arvanitis’ has created. The idea behind the “spa” was that Dr. Arvanitis wanted to change how the public views a dental visit from cold and clinical to warm and hospitable. Mission accomplished! Add in with George’s connection to Port Elgin where I am from he was first on my list to get a consultation for a long over due smile make over! Luckily Dr. Arvanitis kindly arranged a payment plan and a good friend is helping with the cost if 4-5 implants that are being created. Started surgery this past Thursday at 9:30 am and finished at 12:30 pm. Dr. George and his team were amazing! The whole process was seemless and I am pain free! I feel great! Highly recommend Dr. Arvanitis and his team! The doctor’s attention to detail, and he and his staff taking the time to explain the procedure until I understood all my options was such a stress free and seamless process. So based on Dr. Arvanitis professional expertise, knowledge, and most of all his overall customer care and service. I highly recommend he and his team! You will find nobody better! Did I mention he guarantees his work for 5 years! I did not find anyone offering such a benefit! Just another reason to choose, Dr. Arvanitis!
We had a small, dark, cramped, outdated 30+ year old galley kitchen. Justin and his crew transformed it by changing the layout, removing bulkheads, 3 layers of flooring, and adding a new doorway from the kitchen to the dining room. Walls and ceiling were patched and painted, new flooring, crown molding, ceramic backsplashes, under cabinet lighting, quartz countertops and new modern cabinetry in grey and blue with 3 pantries and drawers added. The result: in just over 6 weeks the kitchen became a bright, modern functional one that we are delighted to use. We highly recommend JM Craftsmen Inc.

We had a hot water heater fail on us late on a Sunday evening. Andrew at MD HVAC Solutions rushed over for a quick diagnosis and then single-handedly handled everything from there, including working with the manufacturer on what could could be replaced under warranty, expediting the delivery of a new unit, and getting everything back up and running as soon as possible (very much appreciated as cold showers are no fun!). The work was fast, friendly, and cost effective. The company navigated some push back from the manufacturer which limited our costs and expedited the final delivery of a replacement (what took a couple days could have easily taken weeks). They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Went there Christmas night 2023 and was having a look at their outdoor space. We have been there during the summer also but we always seem to go when they are closed. Love their outdoor displays. Going to try to get there in the summer when they are open so we can walk around the show room.

He took his time, listened to what I wanted, and the attention to detail really showed. The fade was clean and blended properly, and the line-up/edges were sharp without being pushed back. Beard work was just as good—shape-up was crisp, and everything looked symmetrical and well finished.

I reached out to Top Level Construction to update a small 3 piece bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They exhibit every good quality you could ask for in a contractor, and then some.
From the get-go, Ian returned my initial phone call within minutes. That excellent level of prompt and transparent communication continued throughout the job, coupled with regular updates. The tradespeople were meticulous and artful at their craft. Everyone showed up if, and when they said they would. Any minor issue, which is inevitable with any reno, was acknowledged, and a solution was quickly and smoothly worked out. Everyone was professional, yet friendly and I never felt uncomfortable having them in my home. The finished product came together beautifully. Last but not least the job was finished on time, and on budget.
I have already highly recommended TLC to many people, and am looking forward to working with them on future projects.

J&H Contracting was a pleasure to work with. From the start, Kris was always prompt and ready to give advice and suggestions on our project. We wanted to update our family room fireplace area and add built in cupboards and shelving on either side of the new fireplace for some much needed storage. Kris put us in contact with a cabinet maker while he removed the old mantle and built a floor to ceiling fireplace mantle box. Between Kris and Justin, our project was completed well and on time. While there were some issues with a supplier, Kris handled this with the utmost care and professionalism to ensure our project was not compromised. Went there Christmas night 2023 and was having a look at their outdoor space. We have been there during the summer also but we always seem to go when they are closed. Love their outdoor displays. Going to try to get there in the summer when they are open so we can walk around the show room.

We had an emergency with a large tree ready to fall and Martin's Tree service took our call on a Saturday and were here within hours.The huge branch was removed and cleaned up. 5+ stars !

Very professional and friendly crew. I had a very tall walnut tree that is between my deck and my neighbour's house. It's a tricky location and they did a great job. They paid attention to clean up which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this company for tree removal.
Have been going to this practice for over 15 years. Recently, took my adolescent son to see Dr. Bonelli as he hasn't been to a dentist in years due to his anxiety. The first appointment did not go well as my son's anxiety hit the roof. But Dr. Bonelli did not give up on him. He explained everything and told him to come back in a few days when ready, which we did. He and his team explained everything and was able to do what no other dentist has been able to do in 4 years. They are respectful, professional, and most importantly, non-judgmental. They just want to help and they definitely did that for my son.

referred by family and so glad I made the switch. My previous dentist had no personal touch and terrible chair side manor. Complete opposite after my first couple of visits to Dr. Reddy and team. Every staff member that I encountered was accommodating and super pleasant. I wish I knew the assistants name because both her and Dr Reddy made a potentially horrible root canal into a straight forward and pleasant (as can be!) experience. Have never felt more comfortable in a dental setting and so glad I found them!! Great work!!

MINI UPDATE: And for those that were wondering I finally had my dental surgery in Waterloo with Dr. George Arvanitis @Arvanitis & Associates Dentistry by Design (located st 55 Bridgeport Rd E, Waterloo). I live 2 hours away from this dental office - but it was more than worth the drive! And yes I did my research too and learned that Dr. Arvanitis has been helping people regain their function and aesthetics with dental implants for over two decades. is a big decision and I like to be prepared – and I got nothing but rave reviews on his work, expertise, his attention to detail and his staff being first rate, professional, and easy to work with. Conner and her team do an absolutely fantastic job with dogs of all hair types! We have sent our very hairy German shepherd to them and had her coming back to us deshedded, well conditioned, and trimmed. They are so good with the pups and can't recommend them enough!

Have got a couple massages here now. Tammy is excellent at what she does, she fines sore muscles i didn't even know I had and works out the knots. Will definitely continue to return here. The facility is in a nice location with lots of parking and the inside is clean and welcoming.

Excellent and very professional massage therapist. Jen is able to do a great deep massage and has helped me tremendously with my fibromyalgia in the almost decade I have been with her. I cannot recommend her enough but she is popular so you will need to book a month or two in advance:)
I had an aromatherapy massage with Meshi Tuka and it was lovely. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. I had a great nap and my back and neck felt very relaxed afterwards. I loved the essential oils she used and it really took the massage to the next level. I have chronic pain in my back and Meshi really made me feel so much better so I highly recommend booking with her if you get the chance!
Taylor helped me so much in just one session. After ankle surgery, I’ve been struggling for over a year to walk properly, and in just an hour he dramatically improved my limp. Rachel is a great RMT and I'm very happy to have found her. She is excellent at what she does and ever since I begun with her, my main issue is much better then it's ever been before. I leave feeling very relaxed but we also work through some tight spots that end up feeling much better after we are finished. I look forward to every time I get the reminder for the next visit!

I had an amazing experience with Orchard driving school. Thanks to the clear instruction, helpful tips, and supportive teaching style, I felt very confident going into my G test. The lessons were well organized and focused on exactly what I needed to know for the test. I passed in my first try!
My instructor for in class was Aman and was a really informed teacher. Was interesting and nice and was able to relay the information in a fluid manner. Super cool teacher.
