The service was excellent. The staff were very knowable.
We had to courier important documents to the UK quickly.
Highly recommend.
About Live Switchboard / Printing / DHL / FedEx / Purolator / Driving School
Live Switchboard is a one-stop shop offering a variety of services, including printing, shipping (DHL, FedEx, Purolator), and a driving school. Customers praise the store's wide selection, catering to students' needs with computer servicing, stationery, and more.
However, some customers report inconsistent service, noting that staff sometimes prioritize phone calls over in-person customers. There have also been concerns about understaffing, leading to mistakes and long wait times. Accessibility is another issue, with limited space and pathways making it difficult for people with mobility aids.
Reviews
I had Farhan as a driving instructor and he helped me pass my G2 test, he was excellent
Went there to pick up a package that we asked to redirect here. Please make sure you have a government issued ID to claim your package. We were told that there are too many instances of people trying to claim packages that do not belong to them. Service was very friendly. They also offer other services like driving classes and preparation for road test, etc.
