My Husband and I had the devastating task of putting our beloved dog down. The staff were so incredibly kind, sensitive and gentle when it came to the euthanasia. A few weeks later, we received a letter in the mail from Breslau Animal Hospital. They had taken our boy’s paw prints, and had a card signed by the entire staff, with the sweetest, most thoughtful sympathy/condolence messages. We can’t thank you enough, Everyone at BAH! Xo
We have been dealing with Tri City Arrow since 2011 in the maintenance of our Cirrus SR22.One particular incident of note happened in Sept’ 23 and we were AOG with a bad mag in Sherbrooke on the labour day long weekend. We immediately called Clarence and he was in Sherbrooke the next morning with his buddy, multiple mags and enough loose parts to build a new plane! Within hours our plane was airworthy, Clarence was flying back home, we were on our way to Halifax, and this pilot’s wife couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you!!!!
