Dr. Lofsky is THE vet at the Wilmot Veterinary Clinic. (At our old clinic we never knew which of several vets we would see.) He is a caring individual who is very well-educated in veterinary medicine. Understanding the challenges of raising a puppy, he was able to provide practical advice and followed up by sending us additional reading material. Even though this is not our first puppy, we learned a lot.
He sat down and talked with us. We didn't feel rushed or like 'just another client'. Honestly, we have never had such a positive experience at a vet appointment. The entire staff were welcoming and kind.

I went in today to ask about some fittings for my toilet. I recently got a bidet from japan, and because they have different standards for plumbing all the sizes were different than domestic fittings. After going to both home hardware and home depot (after 5, so one stop was closed), they both suggested i go to one stop plumbing. Went there today, and the lady working the store found the fittings I needed in about 5 minutes and explained everything as she was looking. I was also expecting the parts to come out to significantly more than what they did. All in all a good experience, and great customer service.
Needed several plumbing issues addressed. Jonathan showed up on time, and addressed all the issues, or gave us advice on next steps. Very happy with his service. Will definitely call Sider plumbing next time.

We have had three projects done with Twin City Tile and all of them have been top notch. The first project was a linoleum floor in an entryway with lots of twists and turns. The second was a restoration of a tiled wall in a circa 1920's bathroom.It was a tricky project involving merging different tiles because the 1920's tiles were no longer available, at least in my price range. It has ended up looking fantastic. The third project was a backsplash on the wall behind our stove, also looks great. The process of working with all of the team from beginning to end was professional but relaxed and I felt like I was offered excellent advice. We would definitely ask them to do future projects.

Brad certainly enjoys his work and demonstrates professionalism and precision all throughout the job. He is very outgoing, full of life and a very social person. He shocked us on the first day on the jobsite when he told us that, had it not been for some of the furniture pieces we were unable to remove from the main floor of our home, he and his team would have completed the job in ONE DAY!!! As it turned out, Brad completed the job in 2-days prior to moving on to Collingwood for his next project.
We are absolutely delighted with the end result and are particularly impressed with the way in which Brad was able to ensure there were no “transitions” from one room to the next……..the flooring runs seamlessly throughout the main floor from room to room. Also, Brad ensured the hardwood flooring butted-up precisely against the ceramic flooring in the bathrooms; there is absolutely no difference in height between the two floors. Exacting precision from start to finish.
We are in the process of considering removing the broadloom from our Rec Room and downstairs bedrooms and replacing it with Luxury Vinyl Planking. We will certainly be using Grand Valley Tile to purchase the flooring and have it installed. We will also be recommending GVT to our friends & family whenever the opportunity arises.

We recently finished a basement family room renovation. Which we absolutely LOVE! For flooring we went to the Carpet Store Kitchener and it was the best decision. We've found the prices to be very competitive with a good selection of styles also. A key point with this store unlike others in the area, is they will take product back if you buy too much (within a reasonable period) - critical when estimating a large area as a DIYer! ??

Duane and his team did a bathroom reno for us. Duane sourced the plumber, and tiler and was able to do the rest himself. Great communication and a job well done. When problems arose like they always do he addressed things promptly and made it right. Highly recommend him and the team - punctual, polite and very knowledgeable.

I’m so happy with the job that Superior Finish Contractors did for us! They made custom doors for a project that had strange dimensions and that no one was able to make fit before. The doors are awesome. They look beautiful and are perfect for the space. They were so detail oriented and knowledgeable about the design and the function. I’ve already recommended Superior Finish to my friends who are redoing their kitchen and bathroom!

I can’t say enough good things about Paul and his team! After my previous contractor left me hanging mid-demo on my main floor bathroom, Paul swooped in and absolutely saved the day. He was super responsive, gave me a crystal-clear quote that left zero confusion, and made sure everything was spot-on. As a self-proclaimed OCD person, I started out pretty stressed, but Paul earned my trust completely. He and his team were punctual, attentive to every little detail, and cleaned up beautifully after each day. Even when I made mid-project changes, Paul was fair, reasonable, and made it all happen seamlessly. Both Craig and Dan at PM are professional and efficient. We had a window crack shortly after moving in to our first home. Craig inspected the window and ordered a new pane and Dan installed the new pane within days of it arriving. They cleaned up after themselves and Dan even showed me how to remove and reinstall my blinds! I highly recommend PM Windows and Doors.

We loved working with KingWood Craftsmen for our home renovation. We found Dave and his team to be honest, hardworking, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Our project involved an extension of our main floor and basement, demoing the old deck, and rebuilding the deck entirely. Although the project was complicated in some ways, Dave and his team had the experience and knowledge to navigate the whole thing, which really impressed us.
While we appreciated how beautifully everything turned out, what stood out with KingWood is how well Dave communicated with us along the way during the project. KingWood really showed us they cared about our project from start to finish.

We had a really great experience getting help from Lenny. We had a squirrel that got into our Chimney and he was able to help assist in the humane release along with coming back later to help come cap our chimney.
Not only could you tell he knew his stuff but he was easy to speak to and genuinely cared about the animals and informing us of proactive tips we can do to prevent this.

The experience we had with Marshall’s was exceptional. After an inspection, treatment of our problem by Marshall’s wasn’t seen as the best way to handle things. Amazing! Had a very smart rogue rat in the house. After numerous attempts to evict him, I called another pest control company. After 9 weeks (63 days), I was fed up. HPM came to our rescue and the rat was gone in 2 days. Thank you HPM!

A few months ago, we hired Fast Forest to plant 6 large quality trees in our yard in hopes for a green canopy and a privacy barrier. The owner himself came to inspect the space and soil. He was right on time, knowledgable, courteous - an absolute pleasure to deal with. He recommended trees that he felt would do well in our soil conditions. His company quickly sent over a quote and we booked a planting date. The crew who came to do the work (in 40 degrees Celsius!) was incredible... they were so respectful of not just our property, but also our neighbours'. They had top of the line equipment and were in and out in a single day. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously. They even helped us get our fence back up which was not part of the deal. We were so pleased with the entire experience. A few months in, our trees are BEAUTIFUL and THRIVING! We have spent our entire summer in the yard! We could not recommend this company enough. just a quick note to say THANK YOU soooooo much to the Pinnacle Tree & Shrub care team (Zac, Kurtis, Daniel and Mae) for the AWESOME work! They removed our 45' sugar maple tree that had 'split' due to Sunday's storm with precision that was beyond belief and MAJOR attention to detail! We were amazed at how they brought the tree down exactly where they said it would 'fall'. From start to finish, the speed in which the work was done and the clean up afterwards was FANTASTIC! I have been going to see Steve for at least 15 years. I am a very active adult. My first visit to see Steve I was pretty skeptical. I had injured my back doing a Boxfit class. After 3 days of enduring the pain and not moving very well at all, my soon to be wife suggested I go see a Chiropractor. I remember the first time very well. Steve showed me on the ex-ray what my issue was. I thought, ya sure buddy. Well he adjusted me and I went out of there thinking this is too good to be true. I felt so good, pain was totally gone. I even went a did a boxfit class that same night. All it took was the pressure of a dime of my spine being out of adjustment. I have since been to see Steve on a regular basis. I have also come to realize it is not just for back issues but your overall health. With the minor adjustments I have more energy in my legs, no back issues and able to keep up my busy lifestyle. In the picture is the fitness studio I run and I know for sure if it was not for Steve I might still be on my back!!!!! Thanks Steve!!!!!! great job!

When my previous vet was just stop gapping some issues we tried Kingsdale. Every member of staff was incredible. Things didn't end up the way we'd hoped but we gained probably an extra week or two with our beloved cat. Now that we've adopted two new trouble makers the level of care continues to be top notch (including their boarding services). We are so grateful for the wonderful folks at Kingsdale. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have had two separate experiences since my second child was born and both were truly amazing. Such a nice quiet atmosphere and everyone is so nice and welcoming, it is definitely people focused vs some that have that business focused feel. The first time was with Erynne who was so knowledgeable and patient and accepting as I had to bring my then 1month old with me. I was able to walk, rather than hobble after seeing her. My most recent experience, Erynne was fully booked, but I was in a lot of pain and luckily Wendy just started and I was lucky enough to get booked in with her right away. She was amazing as well! Super knowledgeable and especially with postpartum women, which I was truly grateful for. While I hope I'll never NEED to go back, I've found my physio place and highly recommend. Thank you!

Moh is an excellent driving instructor. He provides great training on the key aspects of driving and prepares you well for the test. Most importantly, he is calm, patient, and kind, which is especially important for beginners who are just starting to drive.
Mary is an amazing instructor, and Mary’s Driving School was a wonderful experience for my twin girls. They both completed the in-class driving course and in-car lessons with her, and she taught them so many valuable skills. They truly enjoyed learning from her and appreciated her patience, guidance, and instruction. They passed their G2 with flying colours and are now confident drivers because of her help. I would highly recommend Mary’s Driving School to anyone getting licensed in the Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge area.
