Dr. Lofsky is THE vet at the Wilmot Veterinary Clinic. (At our old clinic we never knew which of several vets we would see.) He is a caring individual who is very well-educated in veterinary medicine. Understanding the challenges of raising a puppy, he was able to provide practical advice and followed up by sending us additional reading material. Even though this is not our first puppy, we learned a lot.
He sat down and talked with us. We didn't feel rushed or like 'just another client'. Honestly, we have never had such a positive experience at a vet appointment. The entire staff were welcoming and kind.
We are thankful that we found this clinic and look forward to our next appointment.

Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she is also so kind and patient. she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and truly listened to what I wanted. the final result turned out so beautiful . my hair was orange, was very uneven, had many different tones (orange yellow, every colour you could think of) and she completely transformed my hair , she did a colour correction and added so much depth into my roots and gave me the exact look i was hoping for before my graduation!

I had my second facial on Thursday and it was so good, I was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed it. The salon is decorated in a serene manner and the music really helped me relax and enjoy the experience. I am not a young woman and have rosacea and after my Dr could not find anything to help me, I went to see Paty and after my first led light therapy there was significant improvement and now after the second it is looking much better.

Our annual inspection and review is the best thing ever. So great to have an expert — sometimes two — going through the house to make sure shut-off valves are working and spotting things before they become an issue. On this visit Kyle gave us some really valuable advice on our basement laundry sink faucet which we will follow completely.

I have been meaning to write this review since April. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Jon was kind, professional, and did excellent work.
After the project was completed, an unexpected issue arose. A bathroom faucet that I had supplied turned out to have a pinhole defect, which caused a slow leak while the apartment was vacant for a few days. By the time it was discovered, there was significant water damage. Importantly, this issue was not caused by the work completed, but by a defective product.
What really stood out was how they handled the situation. The folks at Sider's were incredibly responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. Even though the defect was outside of their control, they stepped up and provided support every step of the way.
Their professionalism, quality workmanship, and integrity are what set them apart. It's easy to find a company that can do the work, but finding one that genuinely stands behind what they do and cares about their customers is much rarer. That level of integrity is a major green flag.
I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy professionals.

Amazing worker, he came in and fixed my water heater before it flooded out my basement. When I called him to come and fix it he was at my door the next day and walked me through everything on the phone so I would get any damage to my home

I went there to get my keys made at the old location and I enjoyed going there. Cause it was located at Union Street and was close to go there. the new location is a distance is a area that I don't know where exactly.
He was very professional provided additional options. Obviously he is very concerned because it is his business. the company did not try to over sale other services while still letting you know what other services he provides. Highly recommended!

Really great carpet cleaners! They came within 72 hours of us calling and did an amazing job, very professional and quality clean. We called Betos after a bad experience when we attempted to hire Stanley steamers who gave us an 8 hr window and tried to come in the last half hour of the window to do a 3 hour job at 8pm at night (ridiculous!). Clean Touch Services was reliable, on time, and did a great job. We'll be using them again for sure!
AAA Carpets and Duct Cleaning were amazing from start to finish. Very professional all the way through. They did a great job cleaning our air ducts and steam cleaning the carpets. Brad certainly enjoys his work and demonstrates professionalism and precision all throughout the job. He is very outgoing, full of life and a very social person. He shocked us on the first day on the jobsite when he told us that, had it not been for some of the furniture pieces we were unable to remove from the main floor of our home, he and his team would have completed the job in ONE DAY!!! As it turned out, Brad completed the job in 2-days prior to moving on to Collingwood for his next project.
We are absolutely delighted with the end result and are particularly impressed with the way in which Brad was able to ensure there were no “transitions” from one room to the next……..the flooring runs seamlessly throughout the main floor from room to room. Also, Brad ensured the hardwood flooring butted-up precisely against the ceramic flooring in the bathrooms; there is absolutely no difference in height between the two floors. Exacting precision from start to finish.
We are in the process of considering removing the broadloom from our Rec Room and downstairs bedrooms and replacing it with Luxury Vinyl Planking. We will certainly be using Grand Valley Tile to purchase the flooring and have it installed. We will also be recommending GVT to our friends & family whenever the opportunity arises.

Both Craig and Dan at PM are professional and efficient. We had a window crack shortly after moving in to our first home. Craig inspected the window and ordered a new pane and Dan installed the new pane within days of it arriving. They cleaned up after themselves and Dan even showed me how to remove and reinstall my blinds! I highly recommend PM Windows and Doors.

We loved working with KingWood Craftsmen for our home renovation. We found Dave and his team to be honest, hardworking, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Our project involved an extension of our main floor and basement, demoing the old deck, and rebuilding the deck entirely. Although the project was complicated in some ways, Dave and his team had the experience and knowledge to navigate the whole thing, which really impressed us.

We had a really great experience getting help from Lenny. We had a squirrel that got into our Chimney and he was able to help assist in the humane release along with coming back later to help come cap our chimney.
Not only could you tell he knew his stuff but he was easy to speak to and genuinely cared about the animals and informing us of proactive tips we can do to prevent this.

DR. Nick and Dr. Adrian are incredible at what they do, before I came to fairway chiropractic I was in constant pain with my hips and lower back . I had multiple headaches daily and nothing seemed to help any of it get better but after going to fairway chiropractic centre all the pain and problems are almost completely gone. I wasn’t a big believer in chiropractic care but now I can’t imagine not having it. If you’re on the fence or unsure I would highly recommend checking them out. It’s amazing how much of a difference it can make.

Amazing pet hospital I've recommended to my whole family. Moved our pets files there after they were able to see my dog last minute with a ripped toe nail,(they were very honest in telling us he would be ok and required no treatment)and haven't thought twice about it. Unlike our last clinic where we sometimes had to wait in a crowded waiting room for 15-20 minutes with an increasingly anxious dog or cat, they always have a room ready so we can just go right in where it's a bit more calming. They also suggested a blood recheck for my more senior cat when some levels were low, unfortunately I totally forgot with the holidays but they called and were able to see her the very next day. Then we got results via a phone call from the doctor just a couple hours later-we hadn't even finished our Christmas shopping for the day and yet the results were already in! Will always bring our pets here, they're just so patient, caring and calm, and that definitely carries over to our pets. Thank you for all you do!
June 2026 Edit: Different dog, same amazing care. Our new girl is not great with needles at all, but the team at Gateway was still able to give her the surgery she needed and she's acting like her usual self already. I was worried with her size and needle fears it would be impossible, but we got it done. We're now working with needles at home and will be bringing her in for practice runs for future visits, despite her fears they always seem happy to see her. Thank you again to the whole team but especially Dr.Caroline who has infinite patience with a phobic dog and anxious pet parents.
When my previous vet was just stop gapping some issues we tried Kingsdale. Every member of staff was incredible. Things didn't end up the way we'd hoped but we gained probably an extra week or two with our beloved cat. Now that we've adopted two new trouble makers the level of care continues to be top notch (including their boarding services). We are so grateful for the wonderful folks at Kingsdale. Cannot recommend them enough.

I flew in for the weekend for an event and asked if I could sneak in for a lymphatic drainage massage which typically a 30 mins for a first time client is not protocol but they ok’d it for me. Jasmina was my therapist and we had a fab time discussing lymphatic, my injuries that were causing my inflammation and more. The lovely lady at the front end was amazing too!
