Receptionist Kim & Viv were very friendly and helpful during my appointment. The dentist was also patient and professional in making sure that my teeth were properly assessed. Overall, great experience and the dental office is very clean and inviting.
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are at all squeamish and nervous about the whole thing, you need to go here. Its seriously my 💯 worst thing I have to do in life lol and it was a breeze. Thanks!
Amazing experience with Waterloo Smiles Dental. Highly recommend this clinic. Miss Kim and Miss Viv were courteous, friendly and super helpful when booking my appointment. I got my teeth cleaned by Camille, and she was very gentle and made the entire cleaning process completely pain-free. The dentist was also professional, thorough, and took the time to address my concerns. 5 stars all the way!!!!
