Excellent manners and installations done by Rob .Made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.Did an amazing work and job well done on my bathroom .Its looks amazing and would recommend bath fitters to anyone that is needing a new look in their bathroom

I could not be happier. I had a new tub ,shower, new walls and ceiling all completed in a day and a half . I consider the cost very reasonable ,considering there where two installers ROB and SHELDON plus all the components . They where very considerate of my home as they put down mats for 2 stories and a winding stair case. They cleaned as they went along and worked as a team , to move the install at a good pace. They kept me informed as they went. They where quiet and respectful as they worked. From consultation to completion I am very happy. Regards Craig Thomas

We are very happy with both bathroom renovations. Roland was a very informed salesperson, courteous and knowledgeable. Rob did an amazing job on his own for the first shower renovation. He takes pride in his work and it shows in all aspects. For the second job a bathtub to shower conversion he was joined by Ryan and as a team they worked so well together and the job was done efficiently, the mess was minimal and the end result looks amazing. In 4 days, 2 shower areas were transformed. We are very happy!!! We will certainly recommend Bathfitters Waterloo team.
