Very satisfied with the haircut with hairstylist “Fro”. She was very knowledgeable and understanding about my haircut requirements. I have been changing barbershops in Waterloo for a few months now but I think it stops here. This is going to be my regular place for haircut now. And the cool thing they have amazing Sports bar theme barbershop.I would definitely recommend this place for men’s and boy’s haircut.

Had one very bad haircut there and approx 20 very good haircuts. Emily, Monica, and Sue are all great. The staff member who gave me my sole bad experience with has been terminated (not based solely on that incident), and the manager apologized profusely for the treatment. Overall 4.99/5 from me.

Probably the best hair cut experience I have had so far in the Waterloo region! Sue is a gem of a person. She is warm, friendly and a very knowledgeable & skilled hair stylist. I must admit, the haircut I got from here, is the best I have had in a very long time....if all of that isn't enough, this particular outlet is extremely well maintained & clean!! This is definitely going to be my go-to salon, now onwards!Service: Scissor cut
