We had a hot water heater fail on us late on a Sunday evening. Andrew at MD HVAC Solutions rushed over for a quick diagnosis and then single-handedly handled everything from there, including working with the manufacturer on what could could be replaced under warranty, expediting the delivery of a new unit, and getting everything back up and running as soon as possible (very much appreciated as cold showers are no fun!). The work was fast, friendly, and cost effective. I don't think this is my first review for MD. But I wanted to do another to express my gratitude for this great business and Andrew specifically. Yesterday, Thanksgiving Sunday, our furnace got itself into a bit of a 'mood' and wouldn't push heat. By no means an emergency as we're not yet into cold temps. But I sent an email to Andrew about the situation and invited him to leave it until the business hours arrived. Nevertheless, Andrew reached out to me and spent the time walking me through what ended up being an easy correction... on HIS holiday and family time!
