Kaitlin has been the best RMT I have had in about 10 years of trying to find the right person for therapeutic massages. She's precise and relaxing and that's what I've needed - especially for prenatal massages!
Rachel Goldsmith is knowledgeable and professional massage therapist. Uptown Waterloo Therapy is a very clean and welcoming space to relax and unwind. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a capable massage therapist who knows how to support her clients. I specifically go for recovery from a shoulder surgery and I have seen gains in my range of motion since being Rachel's client.
