Getting my first piercings here was a no-brainer! Got my nostril and both lobes done all in one go by Cass, who quickly soothed all my anxieties! She was so friendly and answered my questions so clearly.Unfortunately one of the safety post earrings fell out a couple weeks after. I called in a slight panic and the person I spoke to was very reassuring. I went back into PI later that day and explained the situation to someone else. On Sunday, I came in to get couple few sets of new earrings because I kept buying cheap ones and they’ll always tarnish and break. So, I needed good investment on earrings. The amazing lovely girl, Stacey who worked there helped me so much picking and choosing earrings on what would look nice on my ears. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She even helped me to put it on! I’ll come back here again if I ever decide to buy new set of earrings or have another piercing.

I absolutely love tattoos and piercings. For a few years, I’ve been wanting my rook pierced. Being almost 40 years old, I figured I’d be judged. But my experience was amazing. Incredibly nice staff. I even stepped out while waiting and when I came back to sit down and wait, I was approached immediately by a gentleman to do the paperwork. He didn’t know I already had but definitely made me feel more than welcome. The piercer was SO nice and professional. Even with the Monday deal and being busy I wasn’t there long at all.
