I was having some issues with my nose piercing that I had gotten at a different shop, so I decided to see if they could help, and it was probably the best place I could have chosen! The people at the front counter were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about my problem and the best size and shape jewelery for my nose, and immediately offered me a variety of different solutions. The piercer, Shantal, was so kind and gentle, and she was able to help me in a matter of minutes! Great staff and atmosphere! Nyx was my artist. They were very professional, kind, and easy to talk to/ work with. Has a light hand and great bedside manor. 10/10 would get tattooed again.
