    5stars for this tradesman - he has a great deal of experience and is most patient as he worked through our plumbing issues. He sourced our parts and then actually stayed on top of getting them installed and working properly. Very thorough and professional He will get the job done right and his rates are very reasonable !

    Wayne is a great guy! He assesses the situation, makes a plan, explains what he is going to do, has the parts, gets it done, and is gone! And his prices are reasonable!
