Andrew at MD HVAC Solutions rushed over for a quick diagnosis and then single-handedly handled everything from there, including working with the manufacturer on what could could be replaced under warranty, expediting the delivery of a new unit, and getting everything back up and running as soon as possible (very much appreciated as cold showers are no fun!).
