We had a main floor renovation completed by TLC in early 2026. This included taking down a wall, kitchen Reno, bathroom Reno, hardwood, painting and all trims. The experience exceeded our expectations! The communication from Ian and team from the very beginning of getting a quote to completion was excellent. We always felt supported in any questions we had. The job was completed at a fair price and importantly, on time, as we had a new baby due within the month! As well, we lived in our home throughout the renovation and met most of the tradespeople who were all excellent and respectful! Would highly recommended Josh, Ian and the rest of the team!
Top Level Construction installed an egress window for me several years ago. It may not have been the most glamorous renovation, but it was completed properly, at a fair price, and with excellent communication throughout the process. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the finished product has held up great over time.
Since then, I've followed many of their other projects, and the quality of their work is consistently impressive. I continue to recommend Top Level Construction whenever I have the opportunity.
Thank you Top Level Construction for your professionalism and excellent work on our bathroom. Every single person that entered our home were so lovely and respectful. The attention to detail, did not go unnoticed. They had great communication on who was coming and going, and any updates with cost, so there was no sticker shocks. All in all, I would 100% recommend Top Level and will use them again in the future.
