Great experience overall! Loved the atmosphere. A few days after returning from vacation, I had the most amazing and relaxing facial. Thank you so much to Madii for doing mine and making me feel so refreshed after she's done it

I've been a customer of Pure and Simple for many years (Waterloo and Eglington locations). I love their skincare products. I have always had a pleasant experience at this location, but do feel my facials have gone from "absolutely outstanding" to "just okay". My latest facial felt a bit mechanical in nature, as though the esthetician was quickly moving through the motions. The facial started and ended a few minutes late, and included a 10 minute "quiet period" with a mask on, with the esthetician out of the room. The aroma of essential oils when you walk into this store makes you want to never leave! Go there for the Jane Iredale mineral makeup - the owner is very helpful with recommendations.
