Today Tuesday feb 15 2023 driving a white New Chevy truck was in front of me at the drive through of Tim hortans on fairway road and paid for my order. This older person has no idea how appreciative I was and they couldn’t have done it at a better time. I wish I could go into detail what happened but it’s long. “I had this company quote me on 100 ft long vinyl fence, gate and 40 ft. wooden fence for the rear of the yard, all maximum legal height.The price was reasonable and the owner was able to answer all of my technical questions.The job was done in spring of 2023 and was very rainy at the time. The crew was able to work through the pouring rain to remove the rotting fence and drill new post holes. The backyard has communication infrastructure and they took care of getting infrastructure locates for me.Overall, I am happy with the quality of work for the completed project. There were a couple chips on the metal gate post, and the owner came out to do a touch-up, no problem.“

“Today my son and I visited StonePlace because he had been watching YouTube videos about creating realistic gecko enclosures and some of the enclosures he really liked used slate to mimic some of the desert habitats. I said that I knew a place that we could go that would probably have tons of slate (literally), but I doubted that they had ever had a request like this before.When we arrived it was getting close to closing time, but I said we would try to see who we could get ahold of to help us out. We entered the main office where we greeted by Ginette. She was so kind and asked my son what kind of project he was doing. He is seven and a little shy, but because he is so passionate about animals he told her what he had in mind. No sooner had he explained it that Ginette told us to follow her and she would find the perfect stones. She was absolutely amazing. She picked out stones and asked him if it would work for him and I could tell that she genuinely cared. It really made his day that he was able to get some of the materials needed to get one step closer to setting up his realistic enclosure.Coming from a customer experience background where I lead a team it was refreshing receiving the care that we did at StonePlace. Even though it was such a small request Ginette walked us through as though we were spending thousands on a landscaping project. Needless to say next time I have a larger project for our home this is the place I am heading. Thank you Ginette and team!“
