“I participated in the GLAD Program for people with osteoarthritis of the knee or hip run by Heather Grant. There were 6 people in the class and each of us had exercises, resistance and reps tailored to our specific situation. Heather was excellent, constantly adjusting our workout based on our pain levels, swapping in new exercises if some didn't work, ensuring we were always doing the exercises correctly and targeting the right muscles. She was a wealth of knowledge, constantly educating us about arthritis and exercise and happily answering the millions of questions we had. The 12 session Program is excellent, helping to build your strength, discipline, knowledge and motivation. Thank you Heather!“
