My 6 year old had the best experience ever with Dr Sultana and her team. They were all so professional and calmed him down so well. He absolutely loved his experience at the Waterloo Dental Clinic. The staff too were very professional and caring and that’s exactly what you need being a new patient there . The clinic was super clean and well equipped too . Would definitely recommend Dr Sultana and her team 100%. Thanks again for this experience ,my sons fears of visiting a dentist has definitely gone 👍🏼
Dr. Ash has been nothing but patient, understanding, and considerate of my financial situation. I needed to have a root canal done, but unfortunately, my insurance had already been maxed out, meaning I would have to pay for the crown out of pocket.
The staff at Waterloo Dental were incredibly kind and accommodating. They allowed me to pay for my crown in instalments and were very understanding of my work schedule and availability. Dr. Ash has also gone above and beyond to make sure I understand my options. He even took the time at the last minute to consult with me about the pros and cons of not proceeding with a root canal on a tooth that had a crack.
I really appreciate… read full review
