Just got a fantastic cut from the owner Cindy and I couldn’t be happier! The service and final result exceeded expectations. Not only was she and her staff warm and welcoming, but I felt I truly belonged and came out with a great look at a good price. A real gem in Waterloo, I’ll definitely be back!
