Very friendly and helpful staff! My restoration project (post flooding in my home) became fun when I saw the quality products and the many types of flooring to choose from. Though im not a fan of driving in waterloo, Fitzgerald Carpet One is worth the trip!
I had a great experience dealing with Dan (owner) on the purchase of a large quantity of hardware floor that we where matching up to and existing product!
First time at Fitzgerald Carpet...the staff...especially Jen were very courteous and helpful...I didn't know much about carpeting before and the staff were informative and attentive...I would recommend Fitzgerald Carpet One to anyone with carpet needs ???
