“I went to this clinic about six years ago after I was involved in a car accident, and the experience I had there was genuinely positive from start to finish. When you’re dealing with injuries, insurance paperwork, and the stress that comes with recovery, the last thing you want is a clinic that makes the process harder. Thankfully, this physiotherapist did the exact opposite.
From the very first appointment, they were supportive, knowledgeable, and proactive. They took the time to understand the details of my accident, the nature of my injuries, and what kind of treatment plan would give me the best chance at a full recovery. What stood out most was how involved they were in helping me navigate the insurance side of things. Anyone who has dealt with accident benefits knows how complicated and frustrating it can be to get treatment approved but the physiotherapist handled everything professionally and efficiently.
They communicated directly with the insurance company, submitted the necessary documentation, and made sure my treatment plan was approved without delays. That alone removed a huge burden from my shoulders, neck, back and left knee. Instead of fighting with adjusters or worrying about paperwork, I was able to focus entirely on my rehab and healing.
The treatment itself was excellent. They were attentive, patient, and clearly experienced. Every session felt purposeful, and I could see steady improvement as the weeks went by. They didn’t rush anything, didn’t cut corners, and always made sure I understood what we were doing and why. It’s rare to find a clinic that balances professionalism with genuine care, but this one did.
I would have continued going there long-term if I hadn’t moved to Burford. The only reason I stopped treatment at this clinic was because the commute became too far after relocating. Otherwise, I would still be a patient today.
Overall, my experience was extremely positive. They helped me recover physically, supported me through the insurance process, and made a difficult time much easier to manage. I’m grateful for the care I received, and I would recommend them to anyone dealing with accident-related injuries.”
