We came to Factory Flooring to replace the old floors in our new condo. Shane was a pleasure to work. He was super knowledgeable about his stock and was very patient with us as we required approval from our condo board in order to move forward which required delaying the original date of the job.Grant and Mark did an amazing job with the flooring, worked super fast and completed the job on time. They even extended the flooring into our walk-in closet in the master bedroom which we didn't originally ask floor. It looks amazing and is quality work. We are thrilled with Factory Flooring Carpet One! Shane was absolutely fantastic in helping us pick our carpet and underpad. Not pushy in the least, and a true gentleman! Our installer was fantastic, doing a superb job. We are tickled pink, and will be coming back for our next reno job. Thanks Shane and team! You guys are awesome!!!
