At the start of the process they talked us through all of the possibilities and gave us a clear estimate for the job. The work that they did was efficient without sacrificing quality. We have also been very impressed with their willingness to correct any minor touch ups that we have needed, even a year after the renovation was completed. “We came to Factory Flooring to replace the old floors in our new condo. Shane was a pleasure to work. He was super knowledgeable about his stock and was very patient with us as we required approval from our condo board in order to move forward which required delaying the original date of the job.Grant and Mark did an amazing job with the flooring, worked super fast and completed the job on time. They even extended the flooring into our walk-in closet in the master bedroom which we didn't originally ask floor. It looks amazing and is quality work. The only minor issue is that some of our doors aren't moving freely as before with the new flooring but overall, no complaints. Will definitely work with the Factory Flooring team again! Thanks again for breathing new life in this condo.“
