Hammond has always been very professional and they do good work. My bathroom reno 15 years ago was with Hammond and it still looks great ! Maurice came to fix my shower/bathtub tap that broke and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and offered advise for going forward. He was on time and very respectful of my home. This was a very pleasant experience.
Called Hammond re problems with my toilet. Gary came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. The service was professional and Gary explained what was wrong and the proposed solution. No surprises, great service. Thanks Gary!

On the otherhand Enercare should change all of the call center representatives because the call center individual's should not represent Enercare or the employee like Arneze W and Gary S.
