“I've been going to Bilalo since I found them on Google in 2022 when I moved to Kitchener. Excellent customer service and they take great care of their clients. Michael and Bilalo are amazing hairdressers and I don't think I'll ever switch. They have light hands and they just know what to do with my hair. I have thick long hair and it takes an hour or so to trim/cut and blow dry, but I don't feel like I'm just sitting there bored and waiting for it to be over. They're all warm and make me feel comfortable every time I visit. It's hard to find a good hairdresser and I'm glad it didn’t take a while for me to find Bilalo. Ps their coffee is a nice touch.”
