“Century old home with drafty doors. Howald Windows & Doors replaced the frames and doors of 2 exterior doors. Free assessment included measuring & discussing what styles were available for our needs, preferences, and the size. We picked from a catalogue of styles with different window size options. Door delivery took a few weeks longer than they predicted but was not overly long in total (3 or 4 months from official quote) - I don't consider this to be a negative as I'm sure it's unpredictable. Gave a deposit when we contracted them and paid in full after completion. Two doors were installed in a single day (about 9am to 4pm). Workers were friendly and good spirited and cleaned up well after and gave good educational info. Very pleased with the service and the results and would use them again if the need arises & am recommending to friends. Thank you! ♥️Short version: helpful, informative, good customer service, professional, friendly, high quality, and respectful. :)“
