“I have been meaning to write this review since April. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Jon was kind, professional, and did excellent work.

After the project was completed, an unexpected issue arose. A bathroom faucet that I had supplied turned out to have a pinhole defect, which caused a slow leak while the apartment was vacant for a few days. By the time it was discovered, there was significant water damage. Importantly, this issue was not caused by the work completed, but by a defective product.

What really stood out was how they handled the situation. The folks at Sider's were incredibly responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. Even though the defect was outside of their control, they stepped up and provided support every step of the way.
