“Jamie and Shawn who did our installation of our furnace and heat pump were amazing. Quick and efficient. Stopped to answer and questions and made sure I understood the thermostat before they left. They cleaned up any messes they left.
Jaun the sales sales guy was also very good. He gave us all the options of brands they deal with, let us know the pros and cons of them all. Explained the difference between an AC and a heat pump. Gave us all the info we needed to decide what we wanted to go with. With no pressure at all.

Highly recommend Able AIR for furnace and AC.”

“Fantastic! I needed an adapter to go from a counter-top dishwasher to a laundry sink. She took one look, and found exactly the part I needed. She actually recommended a direct quick connector for me as an alternative, and it worked perfectly (better than adapter).

This was such a pleasant and efficient experience. (I had spent way too much time looking for adapter at various other stores on weekend, but despite one incredibly helpful person at one hardware store - they didn't have the right connector in inventory).

This is my second time shopping at One Stop and I continue to be impressed with them: having what I need, understanding what I need, and very efficient!”
