I am confident to call Lodder Brothers to make appointments myself. The lovely voice on the phone is always friendly and supportive. The technicians that arrive are kind and knowledgeable. In the past my partner has made all service calls and interactions for us as I don't enjoy it. Not any more for plumbing. Now I am totally adulting and that is wonderful.
