“The professionalism and excellent care we have received from Warm Embrace has been top notch! From the first assessment with Theresa (who was very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable), to the current progression of where we are with my Dad's care needs, the process has been seamless. They were able to recommend a fitting care schedule and have adapted brilliantly to changes.We started with part time in-home care and companionship a few days week the beginning of 2023 to provide some relief for my Mom as my Dad's primary care giver. This transitioned to part time care in a retirement facility setting in June 2023. My Dad was then hospitalized end of November/December 2023 where we needed to increase the hours of care, and for a few weeks we needed almost around the clock care. Dad is now in a transitional bed awaiting a long term care bed. Chloe and her team at Warm Embrace have been exceptional making changes to our Dad's schedule to accommodate his changing needs, often and repeatedly, and sometimes with very short notice.Our two primary care givers are Ewelina and Nidz and they are fantastic.
