I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Kitchener, Bath Depot store and was greeted by a employee named Jim. Right off he made me feel welcome. He took his time and went through everything with me. I did not feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. I will definitely be back.
Stopped in at Bath Depot just to start getting ideas for our bathroom renovation. We really didn’t know what we wanted…we thought we could look around and see what options were available. Callum was working and was absolutely wonderful. We explained that we were looking, he spent some time giving us very useful information and then told us to look around. He checked in on us a couple of times and answered questions we had. He was extremely helpful…not pushy at all…but very knowledgeable. We will be purchasing a stand alone tub, faucets, a vanity and sink based on the information he gave us. Thank you, Callum!
I’m already at the age where if I see a chair or a couch, I’m going to sit on it — and your store has nothing. While my husband was choosing a sink, I was already tempted to lie down in one of the bathtubs. Even the employees are standing behind the counter. It feels like some kind of corporate medieval times in here. The selection is great, and the service is excellent.
