I was referred to this company by the dealership to install an EV charger. The dealership messed up the paperwork, but Scott at VCT had me in the system and boots on the ground in less than 24 hours. I was blown away by their understanding of my needs and the speed that they did it in. After the original install I had them return to upgrade to a bigger charger. Scott offered ideas and products for me to research, and were back to install it within 48 hours. I had never heard of this company before but I will not even consider another company after the great service they showed me. I am a customer for life now.
VCT installed our GM Ultium level 2 charger for our Cadillac Lyric.Fantastic service from VCT group! Scott was great during the consultation and planning. The two electricians that did the install were very professional, knowledgeable and made suggestions to make the installation seamless. Highly recommended!
