I engaged Jones electric to fix the exterior lighting on my business sign. They were recommended by 2 sources. I got 3 quotes and was most comfortable with their pricing. They came out once and came back to inspect the lighting after business hours to make sure the work was done to their standards. They contacted me and said they wanted to come back and make the sign brighter for better visibility, at no extra charge as it was not "to their high standards". Again, they came out and changed the lighting so it was fastastic - under warranty, no extra charge!!! Thank you Jones for being so thorough :)

I had an excellent first time experience with Jones Electric and based upon their excellent communications, friendly and skilled electrician repairing various issues in our condo I highly recommend their services and will use them again for sure.Andy Jones, the Owner took my initial call, booked a time slot to suit and called when the electrician was on his way. Our Electrician was Matt who was very personable with excellent communications skills. He worked confidently and quickly to easily resolve all 3 issues with a thrown breaker, mis-wired 3-way switches and a malfunctioning receptacle.
