He has a great sense of humour, disposition and charisma to help make the process smooth.Thank you Doug for all your help with my flooring needs. I’ve worked with many flooring companies over the past 15 years. I have been to most if not all of the flooring stores in Kitchener, some have been good, one in particular had awful service and yet is the largest in the area. I can honestly say that Doug at U Save Flooring is one of the most hardworking and helpful guys in the biz! He was super friendly & very easy to work with. He managed to get me the BEST deal on my engineered hardwood and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! They have the same selection as their competitors and far less expensive.
