I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was at Teknik Salon. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and care.I initially visited Teknik Salon to inquire about hair extensions and I had the pleasure of having a consultation with Domenic. I must admit, I was quite nervous about the process, but Domenic immediately put my mind at ease. Vandana Patel, did the most FABULOUS job on my hair. Not to mention, her beautiful professional manor, ease of understanding what I wanted and catouring to my desires. She fixed the choppy look of my full colour that had grown out (from a previous salon). She is phenomenal with people who have thick hair. And, she was so understanding that I wanted to put my headphones in and listen to an audio book. We had great conversation between times when I was getting my hair washed and when I said thank you for the head massage (because I’ve been having headaches) I believe she continued on a bit longer. I loved my experience at Teknik salon. Ambience, customer care,service, attention to detail. My haircut was done by Joe and he was in no hurry to finish the job. He listened to everything I had to say about my hair including styling and provide his honest inputs and recommendations. In one word, highly recommended.They do have a process of 25 deposit for appointment and its adjusted during the billing. However the amount is not returned for cancellations or rescheduling more than 2 times.
