Could not say enough positive about the Kitchener Victoria location where I was paired with Emily. Medication side effects damaged my long hair (falling out, split ends, etc). It wasn't an easy journey cutting off many inches but Emily made me feel listened to and cared for. I felt I was in good hands and left feeling absolutely beautiful.

I've been getting my haircut from Lee for years, and followed her to Bamboo when she joined - obviously I love her! I'm always happy with my haircut, she knows how to keep me looking fresh and modern, and the salon itself is beautiful and perfect.

A salon that specializes in blondes and doesn't overcharge you. I've personally gone to multiple stylists here, and i'm never disappointed. My daughter always sees Shannon for the "Tween package" and Shannon is a total sweetheart & talented.
